Seeing Ron explaining alleyoops, I think you guys really gonna love "THE FIRST SLAM DUNK" movie. Slam dunk is an old school anime series but the author made a movie this time, the reality in animation is insane! It feels like you're literally at the court watching the game! Idk when it will be released in the US, probably around summer or at the end of this year. I already watched it 10 times in the cinema here in Japan 🤣

Normally you wait for the setter to set the ball for you but in this case the spiker is jumping first to make a quick attack that way he wont get blocked by the other team. Of course this take a lot of practice and a great setter :)

Weird subs. I wonder why they translated "usotsuki" as "pull the other one", instead of "liar"

I feel like these are the bad subbed ones, are you guys watching from crunchyroll? If you guys are watching from there and they have this bad translation, please watch from gogoanime, they have better ones (but i know crunchyroll has good subs cause neeldesai is watching from crunchyroll and the subs are good) as far as i know, if the opening songs have that orange subtitle, they have bad translations, trust me, i have watched haikyu nearly 50 times already alongside with reactors. And you will see how the trans is bad in ep 8-10 where they talked about the shop down the mountain, they subbed sth bad instead of SAKANOSHITA SHOP, if they dont say sakanoshita shop in the subs, please change the site where u watched cause it is really bad to watch haikyu without getting the context they are talking about

well they are watching the ones with bad translation ones, remeber with flamingshark? idk if u know that reactor, he watched that wrong subbed one all s1 because they were all prerecorded before he posted on youtube and he had to change it starting from s2

Patreon subbing isn't weird. My wife doesn't watch anime at all, so watching with you guys feels like I'm not watching it alone if that makes any sense. My son's 3 and as much as I would love to show him good animes in the future, he may not like it, and that's OK. I want him to be his own person, not a copy of me. This show gets you super hype keep watching!
