Since y'all are basically done/caught up with aot now I just wanna say how incredibly impressed I am by Ron connecting the dots between the titan Sasha fought and Connie's dad (and ofc them figuring out the titan on his house was Connie's mom before ep3).

Fun fact: The manga artist Isayama was actually planning to kill off Sasha in this episode/chapter, but changed his mind last minute because of his editors

Since there are references to greek titan mythology throughout AOT I wonder if the various Titan wars in greek mythology tie into AOT somehow. Like Cronos overthrowing Uranus or the Gods vs. the Titans for supremacy of the Universe. I'm watching through for the first time with you guys so if this is right no one confirm it or say it's spoilers since that would also confirm it. Not that I know how it would tie into the story exactly unless there are 2 group of Titans. One that is trying to destroy humans and one that wants to protect help them like Prometheus was a titan in Greek mythology but he gave mankind fire he stole from the Gods, enabling them to gain increeased knowledge, technology, and get closer to civilization in general as we know it today.
