No they can watch No regrets plus Ilse Notebook/Journal now because they were both released way before season 2 came out. They just can’t watch the Lost Girls OVA yet, they have to wait till after season 3 to watch those

You are correct, only the scouts wear that gown and Isabel was confused because she had never seen the scouts, but Levi has.

I’m not 100% sure about this, but the place where Levi, furlan and Isabel met the person in the carriage at the surface might be the same place that armin, eren and mikasa were trying to lure annie into.
