That isn't really possible. Demon Slayer only looks so good bc the animation studio only take on one or two works at a time. They also just made the highest grossing anime film ever so they had a higher budget than any other anime

Jujutsu sorcerers are like job titles and like you said, anyone can kinda be one but it is very hard for someone without cursed energy. Maki is a HUGE exception, 1 she knows about the world of curses (wont say how as it can be considered spoiler but its kinda said this ep), The 2nd reason is something mentioned in ep 1 that everyone would have missed, when megumi first saw itadori in his school competing with his teacher in shotput and commenting on how itadori is a superhuman he also said itadori is "just like Zenin(maki) sempai". ie maki also has superhuman strength like itadori. Hence why she can survive as a sorceror

@captain Yeah I’m aware ufotable is top tier and i can’t wait for chainsaw man. But there’s no way other studios didn’t see DS and the acclaim is received and won’t step their game up. A lot goes into it ofc but anime is getting more and more popular here on the states lately

Gojo wasn't respecting that old man (who is the principal of Kyoto Jujutsu High School, the sister school) because that old man is part of the higher-ups that Gojo hates. That old man was involved in trying to get Itadori killed by that white special-grade curse that Sukuna killed back in episode 4. Gojo was sent away on a mission to be distracted and to keep him from interfering with the higher-up's plans of killing Itadori. Can't blame Gojo at all for treating him that way and hating all of the higher-ups.

Also a thing you may have missed that Maki which is the twin from Tokyo branch said about the other twin Mai from the Kyoto branch (the one with the gun) is that Mai has cursed energy and can put it into objects but cannot use that cursed energy to do cursed techniques. When referring to Todou too you guys said he uses cursed energy only on special grade, that is what I wanna clarify. Like Gojo explained while training Itadori, there is "cursed energy" and "cursed techniques" which make use of that cursed energy in a certain way to have some certain effect. Todou uses cursed energy but he only used his cursed technique against the special grade.

After this season you pretty much understand the foundation of powers and how they work... for the most part. Everyone has different techniques and that would be the only thing that you would be learning. These first episodes are the "tutorial" part of the series if that makes sense.
