You're right Michelle! If want to go super into analysis, both Harry Potter and MHA loosely follow a story archetype known as the Hero's Journey...you can look into more if you'd like, but Deku/Harry would be the hero and All Might/Dumbledore would be the mentor figure. They definitely are not cookie cutter examples of the hero's journey, but the archetype has been used so often throughout history that to draw inspiration from the template is almost a given for stories like these!

Lol season 1 MHA is definitely just one big set up for the rest of the series. Season 2 has some really good moments and let’s you connect and get to know more of the characters. And season 3-4 is one of my all time favorite season. I don’t want to give anything away but this show is definitely a “”slow burn”” but it’s so good.

Just as a heads up there's an after credits scene at the end of this episode. Some episodes in My Hero have them there should be a guide somewhere so you know which ones have stuff after the outro
