What's the definition of porn addiction? We should clear that up for the brothers in the comments. There's a big difference between 2-3 times per month and 7 times per week! Supposedly for a healthy prostate and reproductive function a man should be getting awf 3 times per week -- but everyone isn't smashing like that consistently -- especially if you're in one of these sexless marriages or one of these super liberal cities. The body will naturally get awf through a wet dream if there isn't enough "flow" during the day. I don't want to get too graphic with my wording but I'm sure you guys get the message.

I agree, it's gross when you sit back and think about it. It taints a pure spirit. The whole industry plays on the fallen state of man and the deceitful lust because it's normal to be attracted to a womans body and the images in a photo. The videos are purposefully meant to seduce you with an unreal level of emotion and submissiveness. The plastic surgery bodies and enhanced features are also not normal. Throughout centuries people have gone to peep shows, watched belly dancers, strip clubs, etc. In the ancient world it was the temple of bacchus/venus or giving alms to the whores, but also prostitution. It's deep. The spirit is strong but the flesh is weak! Lil Wayne said in an old lyric, "as soon as I c*um, I come to my senses." There's something to that admission. Acting on lust takes one out of their right mind.

Would be most interested in your take on the friendship between Ali (still Cassius Clay at the time) and Sam Cooke. They are both characters in the movie One Night In Miami but that piece was pure fiction. I think Ali and Cooke both suffered from the same addiction you speak of here and that was a connection between the two (probably the reason why they got together from time to time). My research indicates they did not get together very often, but that just means there's no documentation of it. I do know from first hand accounts that Ali attended the viewing of Sam's body at the funeral home in Chicago and that the public who had lined up for blocks to view the body and pay respects were left outside for over half an hour in sub-zero weather while Ali and his entourage had a private viewing. Ali stated at the time that if it had been Elvis Presley who had been shot and killed the FBI would have been investigating like crazy. But I don't know of any efforts Ali made to pursue it.

I actually wanted to play real football, but from my recollection I did something bad and my mom took me out when I was 10. That was the last time I had a helmet on. Aside from racing. True. Some NYC parks department fields are only outfitted with Goal Posts seasonally whereas, before gentrification, a basketball court was a requirement and could be found everywhere. Although Basketball is still this city's most popular sport.

I've gone back and forth for years with the addiction. Started using an app called "Streaks" to track my habits. It's been helpful, check it out y'all
