Damn, where was this vid when it uploaded lol Definitely needed this earlier this year haha. And that mention about stress and and anxiety is VERY real. You can literally feel cortisol and adrenaline give wear on bodily functions over time.

Ex girlfriend decided to hit me up during quarantine with a blank IG profile while still being in a relationship with the guy she went to after me. This was the perfect opportunity to act up honestly... but what i did was told her lets talk about it nd i held her accountable for her actions while apologizing for my behavior from reacting. It didnt take her long to acknowledge her wrong doings. We talked about how i took her from her lesbian relationship and the issues that came with that. The level of trauma and negative energy i picked up from this whole experience was crazy. It felt like no one could understand the level of trauma i put myself into after a series of bad decision. However i decided to use that opportunity to tell her i forgive her nd my family do as well. She needed that and it totatly lifted this heavy weight from my chest, honestly its energy im referring to. The conversation went to her wanting to visit me so we can have sex, while she was in a relationship. She showed growth by backing out of it the night before and we ended the conversation respectfully. My point is choosing to forgive gave me the control with myself, emotions, and the conversation with her. I had control. Control is dominance, regain your control and forgive.

Hey Derrick thanks for your response, I did the exact opposite of you. I was I saw your response at least a month ago. I did terrible, but I'm forgiving myself and her and I'm doing my best to move on.

Robert as the days go by you learn more and more about yourself. If your head is screwed on right and youre not drowning yourself in weed and alcohol then its easier to have a clear mind. Every failed relationship youre apart of is partially your fault. Learn from your mistakes, learn not to deal with certian archetypes you know that isnt suitable for you. Most importantly learn how to respond. Its an every day process, theres beauty in it.

The daughter is hot, and I can't stand got damn drug addicts, they bring so many issues yet morons want to legalize drugs & call it a victimless crime. Bullshit. But I hear you about forgiveness, and I would be curious about previous relationships only because you want to know if someone has a crazy ex.

This is another good one. Many times people try to dictate to others what forgiveness should look like and it's really just about being able to move beyond that moment and continue to develop yourself.

I had an incident with an ex some while back. Long story short, I found out she aborted our child some years ago. I wanted proof so she sent me an ultrasound pic with her info and such on it. I was blown away by it, crazy!! Last I spoke to her, she had about 3 miscarriages with her bf, could it be karma? Possibly. I thought about for a minute, I was disgusted but feel it was best for me. I’m married now, it’s been a year and I love my wife dearly, I’ve been blessed to find her. I look forward to fathering children with her.
