Heya guys, so I got the files from the artist yesterday and it seemed like things went from back to worse. The quality this time was completely unacceptable. I'm currently processing refunds cause I can't charge you guys for this in good faith. It's a bit of a hit funding wise, but I think it's something necessary cause what we had was really bad. Considering that this is the second time we have something like this happen with artist, I'm probably gonna stop hiring certain types of artist.

Moving forward, it goes without saying that we won't be seeing anything else from this artist on our stuff. I'll also be changing our system a bit so things like this won't happen anymore. 

Sorry for the delay and disappointment. I'll be working on getting everyone refunded after this post goes up.
