Content
Here is an in-depth tutorial that discusses from downloading to exporting, creating a shirt in Marvelous Designer for the Sims 4. This video shows how to export if you are making what I consider a Low Poly mesh and a high poly mesh. See below for definitions of the two. This is just the start of the series of in-depth tutorials. Please note that there are many ways to create CC so I may do things different than what you have seen in other tutorials and that is OKAY. Feel free to message me for any questions!

My definitions:
Low Poly Mesh:
A very basic mesh that will only go through blender and not extra programs for texturing. The settings in MD are set lower because they are not going through other programs
High Poly Mesh:
It is important to note that while a mesh made this way may have higher polygons, the poly count still shouldn't be excessive. When I say creating a high poly mesh, I simply mean that you are going to add substance paint and zbrush to the process to make better textures and there are extra steps that are done in blender.
***If Done incorrectly, both meshing methods can result in meshes that have extremely high poly counts.***
High Polycount means that the game has to work harder to run that piece of CC. To put it in perspective, most EA meshes do not Exceed 10k polys. TSR standards are 15k max for top and bottom and 30k max for outfit.
High Polycount does not mean you are a bad creator, I know creators that make awesome stuff with higher polycount but its just something to pay attention too. If the poly count is way to high, S4S wont even load the CC.
For example, I consider my first meshes before my cuffed cropped sweater low poly and the rest high poly.
Hope that clarifies my use of these two terms throughout my tutorials!
