Fixed 12$ membership old content access issue (Patreon)

There was an issue where 12$ membership patrons could not access posts prior to September.

We have currently fixed most of the issues, but some may be missing due to limitations of the Patreon interface.

If you find a problem, please report it and we will fix it quickly.
