January 2024 Newsletter (Patreon)

Happy New Year! (again) It’s somehow 2024, and with that comes a whole new year of sin. I’d like to extend an initial welcome to any new supporters! Happy to have you here, and I’m excited to share my work with you! To everyone else, welcome back! Your support always means the world to me, and I love that I get to do this for you!

First order of business. This has been nagging at me for so long so I’m finally putting my foot (paw?) down. Moving Forward is getting finished this month and going for its 1.0 release. That is priority number 1. I have a list of the final things that need done and I’m getting them done this month.

As for Patreon reward structure, I’m planning a few tweaks to how I’ll run things this year. We’re going back to a running list of characters to choose each month, who will run up votes that accumulate. After the initial poll is run to choose a character, I’ll run a follow-up poll later to choose between at least two sketches that I come up with. These will be more refined and detailed scenes, and like the previous year’s image sets, will also have an accompanying story by either Day, or myself, or both of us.

Racc Attacc is remaining unchanged for the time being, but we will hopefully have more frequent bonus rewards this year now that our shop is up and running in full force.

With Procreate Dreams out, I now have a tool to potentially put together more complex and refined animation works. I want to explore this possibility over the next few months as well, potentially starting bigger projects with that at some point.

Next up, WOA4. I’m hoping to have that officially releasing pages by March, hopefully sooner. It’s gonna be an intense chapter (interpret that as you will).
