Well, well, well, hello there, 

As you've probably gathered, I've completed the draft for Blake's second book – a huge milestone for me, and I'm absolutely thrilled. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you for accompanying me on this incredible journey. Your desire to read my work has been my motivation; I truly can't thank you enough.

Looking ahead, the third book will take Blake into somewhat more 'civilized' territory – amidst the intrigue of backstabbing vampires. Also, exciting news: 'Birthright' officially starts this week! My aim is to release a chapter for each book on Fridays. As you've likely noticed, strict deadlines aren't my forte, but I usually manage to deliver my chapter quotas by the week's end, so that's something, right? Though, the goal is Fridays.

Additionally, I'm setting a personal target of around 5,000 words per chapter. It's more of an aspiration at this point, and I may not always hit it, but I'm certainly going to try.

With both Blake's story progressing and 'Birthright' kicking off, I'm eager to hear your thoughts and feedback. What elements do you enjoy or dislike? Should I tone down the sexual content, or lean into it more? Personally, I prefer sexual innuendos and dirty humor over explicit descriptions. I don’t mind a bit of smut now and then, but I don’t want that to be the defining aspect of my work. I'd rather focus on violence, dark humor, hypocrisies, the odd severed head, and, well, you know, a skull fuck or two. I like to think I have some sort of moral compass, after all. Tee-hee!

Your opinions are invaluable to me, so feel free to share what you think!

Within the background, I'll also be diving into what I hope will be the final draft of Blake's first book. I'm particularly keen on fleshing out the part where Blake is in pudding form, wandering alone in the dungeon. And I think I'll give old Doodles a little more page time before his unfortunate demise (RIP, Doodles). On the topic of side characters, I've got a bunch, but I'm not planning on cutting any out. My motto? If they're not crucial now, they might just become a key antagonist later. LOL

Oh, and I've been dabbling with animation again, but it's a slow process. So, don't hold your breath for anything on that front just yet. There's a lot on my plate, and I sometimes get overwhelmed, which leads to me falling behind schedule.

On a brighter note, I'm finally over my illness. Still have a lingering cough, but nothing a little 'herbal medicine' can't handle—definitely not talking about weed here, no sir. And mushrooms? Who even mentioned those? They're totally off-limits. Hey, why are we even talking about drugs? Stay on topic, people! Gosh, sometimes I think I'm writing for a bunch of druggies and perverts. He-he! Just kidding... or am I?

Ugh, no wonder I’m insane.
