I am sad to see the pat picks go, for me it was the #1 part of the channel it is what set it apart from the other reactor channels for me, it felt like sitting down to watch a movie with someone, something the normal weekly reactions don't have. It is what brought me to Patrion.

This movie was nominated for 8 Oscars including Best Picture, it just happened to come out in the same year 1939 as The Wizard of Oz and I believe "gone with the Wind", it did win the Oscar for the music, and was an influence on a lot of other films where most of the film is the cast in one room talking. This is an American film institute's top ten Western of all time The coach chase scene and its stunts at the end were the inspiration for the Truck chase in Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Indy goes over the front of the truck and is drug under it the woman being run out of town is a prostitute. that's why the women were running her out. and the banker Gatewood stole the 50,000 payroll from his own bank that s why he was on the stagecoach trying to get away with the money.
