Linda Moulton Howe has got to be the Most Pysopped Woman in UFOlogy, from unintentionally laundering secret radiation monitoring in A Strange Harvest to becoming a glassy-eyed True Believer. Great stuff again, hope you guys cover the topic again if/when more bullshit happens. Most UFO-centric podcasts are the sort where the host thanks the spook guests for their service, so this has been refreshing

Yeah she’s p far gone man, it’s weird. Mark Pilkington & Adam Gorightly both mention in their books that she interpreted the presence of gas masks & duffel bags etc. at the scene of cattle mutilations as the aliens framing the US military 😬

I can't remember where I read this particular take, but one idea got stuck in my craw after seeing it; UFO speculation & current disclosure are a pressure valve conspiracy theory to steer sections of the population that are currently falling into Millenarianist QAnon adjacent cults - corral the crazies & the wingnuts into your UFO bunker so they're not arming themselves with assault rifles and terrorising pizza shop owners. Absolutely no evidence ofc, but I thought it was interesting. Considering Elizondo is counterintelligence, I think we have to consider the possibility that the intelligence he's countering is low-information US citizens and facebook groups. If you look at some of the more out-there Elizondo claims, it looks like he's trying to vaguepost and hit as many new-age spiritualist talking points without saying anything specific to cast as wide as net as possible. EDIT: the timeline actually does seem to bear this out specifically with TTSA; TTS forms in 2015 as a record label, Pizzagate gets really underway in 2016; TTSA rebrands in 2017 when Tom gets his handlers about the same time QAnon really kicks off in September/October.

We kind of touched on this in PT 1 a bit, I think you're onto something. IIRC we mentioned that it's a "safe toy" for the public to play with, to blow off steam in the post-trump/post-Qanon, and now post-epstein world.
