Personal Day (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I'm taking one day off today on Patreon and Wednesday off for Royal Road.

There's a nightmare situation in Royal Road where two writers' servers went to war with each other, and both their leaders got permanently banned. Not only that, but multiple lists from multiple writers' groups started pointing fingers at one another, blaming each other of manipulation, and people started getting temporary suspensions and bans in multiple groups.

I'm neither banned nor suspended, but I was in one of those groups, and I am very sad—because I've lost a lot of friends in this high school drama.

Don't get it twisted. It is high school drama. None of these groups got shut down; their activities are 95% legitimate and 5% systemic gray area (shared by all groups). 

Despite that, since the leaders got permanently banned, groups are lighting social circles, authors are paranoid, and most people, like me, left their friend groups because their livelihood depends on being able to post on RR.

I'm depressed, and I can't write anything that you'll want to read. However, I'll be back Wednesday bright and early.
