For those who don't know what Internet Positif is, it's basically a censorship program made by the Indonesian government to block offensive content, mostly pornographic. The irony of the program is that while it doesn't allow pornography for religious reason (I know, religious government in 2015... -_-), it allows pro-ISIS recruitment videos. Then Ipo-chan was born, a moe anthropomorphism of the program. And I still wonder to myself why am I still paying tax to the incompetent baboons that is the Indonesian government. x_x Anyway, this drawing took me 1 hour to finish.
