on all similar massage pages they don't know how to massage, they literally have nothing to do with massage, but on this page they have crossed the line. not only do they not know how to massage, but they also cause pain. Massage is not meant to cause pain. You are completely irrelevant and dangerous

I agree that it looks painful, but I follow another person (a doctor) who does the same thing. It's actually a form of treatment for muscles. If you saw some of that guy's videos you'd think the people he was giving massages to were dying. lol

Sorry, but you don't seem well informed on this subject. Lymph node massages are to release toxins, which are then expelled through sweat, urine, etc. You have those in your neck and armpits, even gently massaging them releases these built up toxins (which is why it can make people feel sick if they don't do it regularly). Also, hard massages like this are meant to break up hard muscle fibers that can develop. When these form, they obstruct blood flow in various parts of the body. They literally have to use special tools to break up these masses and knots. Gua sha? Ever heard of it? Its a massage technique that leaves the body looking bruised and many blood vessels popped. But it's also perfectly healthy. Muscle scrapers, have you ever heard of these? These are tools that are often used by massage therapists and doctors to work out muscle knots. All of it requires significant force that can be slightly painful, or at least look painful. None of it is "wrong", as it's a valid type of massage therapy. I'd recommend that you educate yourself a bit before making comments like this.
