August 2015 WIP (Patreon)

Hello all, it's the first month and hopefully I haven't missed anything out yet.

Here's what I aim to complete this month, gonna break out the good stuff.

A.) It's Mid-Autumn time and I feel like doing something with mooncake and lantern, give my detailwork some exercise. This will be in color pencil.

B.) From Voltron, I had always thought the Robeast bursting out of their coffin ships was the coolest thing ever and I really want to give it a redesign. This is based on the Scorpius toy, might do more. Will be digitally colored.

C.) Gonna try touch base with my pin-up roots with a phoenix girl. This is based on a design I did back in 2010, which I cannot seem to find the inking for anymore. This will also be in color pencil.

D.) Finally, post-Shark-Week combo: Nurse Sharks, featuring various species. I'm planning 4:

- seen above, the Great White with a patient of the kid's ward.

- Hammerhead's face makes a great spoiler as he races the elderly around in their wheelchairs.

- Whale shark feeding the sickly patient medicine, "Say Ah!"

- Generic nurse shark.

Will be digitally finished. I want to do something with sawnose shark, but have no idea what to do with it.

For the color pencil pieces, I expect to bugger up and redraw a few times. Wish me luck.
