Swine of the Year 2023: October (Patreon)

Welcome to Swine of the Year!
This is a year-long weight gain series that will update each month, allowing for a slow-burn gaining experience featuring a single character. Those subscribed to the new Hansel's Feeders tier ($7/month) and above will be feeding our swine and deciding where the weight will go. One subscriber will also be chosen each month to appear (or have a character of their choice appear) in that month's update!

Chapter 10:
October has risen, and the Feast of Samhain is in full swing here within the Kingdom of Therystal. Perhaps predictably, the Fair Folk and the Green Man have paid the ever-enlarging Sir Tanglewood - by now, a legend among both men and fae - a cordial visit. And with them, they've brought everything you'd ever desire for an autumnal feast...and it's a good thing, too, because the Kingdom of Therystal is entering a famine.

Despite dwindling ingredients and Sir Connor's never-ending appetite, the butchers, the bakers, the farmers and the chefs - everyone and anyone involved in the process of growing, harvesting, or preparing food - all have continued on cooking and roasting and baking down to their very last grains of flour. An entire kingdom's worth of food has disappeared down the bloated gullet of its most celebrated knight. These days, however, Sir Connor is looking less like a prized warrior and more like a prized hog.

Alas, the servants never rest. They continue farming, cooking, and feeding, all in the name of further fattening Sir Tanglewood. And as the nights grow longer and colder, and the sun shifts its warmth and its light away form the Kingdom of Therystal in preparation for the coming winter, a realization is sinking in for those townsfolk who've been spared the unshakable desire to further engorge the kingdom's savior:

Is this all somehow the wyvern's doing? And if the wyvern's appetite remains even after it's slain...

...was the wyvern even truly slain at all?

Then, current subscribers at both the Feeders and Legion tiers can either comment below or message/email me directly to let me know where they'd like their portion of weight added to our swine. Every month, I'll draw an update of our swine's progress that'll be available for public view, and I'll choose one of the subscribers who commented to appear however they wish in the update. They can be feeding our swine, bringing him junk food, or readying a feeding tube - whatever you like! At the turn of the new year, we'll vote on a new subject for next year and start over!
