Why I have an enduring love for David Cage's crappy games

As a fan of narrative-based games, with big dramatic cutscenes and choices about how plots should play out, I'm a really big fan of the video games made by director David Cage and his studio Quantic Dream. Initially a PlayStation exclusive developer, but now also publishing games to PC, Quantic Dream focuses on making games about mystery, consequence, and moral quandaries.

Most of the time David Cage feels like if Tommy Wiseau had a budget, slightly more talent and tried to make a video game out of it. But he do have the occasional stroke of brilliance, and i cant say i hate any of his games even if they are kind of shit at times. But I think I enjoy to watch lets plays more than actually play them myself because they are so very riff-able.
