Quick note, I know a lot of folks play with their kids and/or some folks might not want blood-soaked harpies in their game so I included versions without the blood across all tier levels just incase.

Additionally I've gotten enough requests for a more humanoid version of the Harpy so I do plan on doing one eventually (no eta on it yet though).
