Could you also consider adding some commoners like peasant, servant, merchant, artisan, beggar, etc. ? That would be really helpful for roleplaying in city or town. Thank you!

Hrm, I just tried downloading and seemed to work fine. Can you confirm it was Scout - 08 and toss me the exact error message if it's still happening?

That's weird... I mostly use Chrome on PC Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit), and what I get is "Failed - Network Error". Every time. I try it in the latest Firefox v.93.0 (64-bit), and it works. There are a bunch of these I've observed. I'll send you a PM for the list.

Weird, I use Chrome on PC as well, Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit). Do you run into this issue with all files or just several specific ones? Have you tried clearing your cache and/or logging out and logging back in?

Yes, tried that, it's always these specific files, the other ones work perfectly. I notice the progress bar on zipping these files before the download takes longer than the other files. Maybe it's timing out by the time it gets to downloading?
