Updated Files for Tiefling Paladin & Tiefling Death Knight (Patreon)

I decided to update the art (minor sizing increase and added rim lights/general lighting) on these old Tiefling Paladin & Death Knight paper miniatures as I was going back through to add VTT and PDF Creator support for them when I realized neither of them ever got their own entries on the website catalog.
