Great manic grin & set of knives

When I use this guy in a game I'm planning on having him carry "Pheonix Scrolls" of his own design, which engulf him in fire and immediately teleport him to a predetermined "lair" whenever he reaches zero hitpoints. Great way to keep him as a reoccurring villain until the heroes figure out how to track him down.
