I use the tool mod, and the blow torch mod, but still don’t have room because of trees and stuff. How do you do that?

I typically just place buildings on top of the trees sometimes. Especially if it’s a big building because then it’ll cover the trees.

Does deco mean just decorative, and not for use for sims to interact with? Sorry for the silly question.
