Here it finally is, the first prototype test for DA's new combat. Please carefully read below to know what needs to be tested.

This test is to see how well the new combat system runs on a different range of computers.

You CANNOT use past saves for the new versions of DA for now as we're still making fundamental changes between versions.

To start a combat, interact with the planning table in the room where you previously did the setup for the combat.

The battles unfold similarly to a Fire Emblem game. With a few key differences like the direction you're facing can affect combat.

For now, we're mostly looking for game crashing bugs and feedback on how well the combat works.

Bugs we're aware of:

- The sex animation only plays the first time Cervius uses his refresh/true form skill

- The background is missing for the sex animation

- Sometimes, during the NPC turn, the game can randomly crash due to a multi-threading bug (will be fixed)

- The AI still needs more optimization

- The purple space has visible seams

- Some parts of the UI in the battle forecast are not correctly placed or do not appear

- Buttons display the hover state even when disabled

- The hit and special animations playing on the target are not displayed

- Many features are still missing for the combat like passive skills customization, sprite faction color, UI optimization, proper special skills, weapons, custom placement of unit on the map, etc.

Thank you for the update. When I started the game, my computer went black out. I couldn't play the game again this time ...

Wait, black out as in you lost power or black out as in the game crashed? O.o
