Suicide Prevention - February's Charity Donation 💛 (Patreon)

Hi all! Happy Monday 🥰

Last month, it was requested by one of you that we support a charity for Suicide Prevention and Education. A patron reached out, letting me know that they had lost their dad to suicide in November, and that they would love to see some Suicide Awareness supported here.

So it is in their honour that I am proud to announce this month's Patreon Charity: The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention. The CASP is a pan-Canadian organization that provides advocacy, communication and education on suicide prevention and life promotion through providing resources, guidance and information. 

CASP provides information and resources to communities to reduce the suicide rate and minimize the harmful consequences of suicide-related thoughts and behaviours, and envision a world in which people enjoy an optimal quality of life, are long-living, socially responsible, and optimistic about the future.
