Hi all! 

This month's Compassion Revolution community practice is called "Loving-Kindness for Joy", and I'm happy to be sharing it with you all. 

I chose this practice for this month's JOY theme, because I believe it includes all the necessary ingredients for joy to flourish. We discussed these at length during this month's live online class, and in this practice I'd like to give you a taste. 

4 Ingredients for Joy:

   1. Slowing Down

   2. Gratitude

   3. Self-Kindness

   4. Savouring

I encourage you to take 10 minutes out of your day, and practice with me. Let's bring some more joy into our day together. 🌸
