Hello everyone! I hope that you're doing well. 💗

I am thrilled to be sharing this month's guided meditation with you, as it's one of my absolute favourites. 

Tonglen is a powerful practice of giving and taking. Taking in the suffering of others, transforming it, and then giving it back to them as something beautiful. 

This is a formal sitting practice, yes, but it can truly be used anytime. Anytime you find yourself faced with the pain of another, often feeling like there is nothing you can do to help, you can practice Tonglen. Giving and taking. Breathing in their pain, and breathing out an offering of compassion. 

I hope you enjoy this practice as much as I do!
