Hi all! As per your requests, this month's practice is a tool to be used ANYTIME a moment of stress, suffering, or hardship arises. 

I offer you this guided practice as exactly that: PRACTICE. Use this practice daily to strengthen the skill of self-compassion, so that it is more readily available in the moments that you need it most. 

Today we will be NOTICING where our stress lives in our body, LABELING the suffering for what it is, RECOGNIZING our common humanity, and RESPONDING to the moment with kindness and compassion.
