Hi everyone! The inspiration for this month's meditation comes from a suggestion from one of you during the last Mindful Webinar - a practice for falling asleep.

This practice is different than my other guided meditations here on Patreon. For this practice, it's not critical that you pay attention, it's not even critical that you listen to what I'm saying. 

This time, I'm simply here to take your mind off of whatever it is that is keeping you awake, and to hopefully offer you some ease and rest. 

I hope you enjoy this practice, and I wish you the deepest sleep.

Yes I loved it! I smiled while relaxing into sleep!!!! Smiled!☺️😊😁 I smiled because you are amazing I have tried other guided sleep meditations and nothing compares maybe I associate you with a lot of happiness maybe you just have the most calming voice and say the right things but I have never felt more comfort I didnt feel alone and I cant thank you enough! 💕💕
