Hi all! 

For this month's practice, I wanted to offer you a reminder. A reminder that you can take with you, and use on the go, as you come up against difficulty in your day to day life. 

In this practice I ask you to bring to mind a situation that is causing you suffering, and then respond to that situation with loving-kindess. Once you've used this guided practice a couple of times, I hope that you see how this can be done at ANY point during your day. 

Suffering and hardship do not only occur when you're sitting on your mat, but during the other 12 hours of the day while you're out and living your life. The same applies to offering yourself Loving-Kindness phrases. Offering yourself this kindness, these well-wishes, can also live outside of your mat!

Thank you! Compassion is so important, to others and to ourselves. People tend to forget one or the other. I personally prioritize compassion to others over compassion to myself, but they are equally important. #TheCompassionRevolution
