2024 going forward (Patreon)

Heya, just wanted to give a general update and a slight look back at what last year was for me, and also to thank all the new folk arriving here and to remind everyone that I have a telegram channelwhere i post updates there ( t.me/bookidraws ) and a chat if you are interested to join! Also for everyone who only uses Patreon on PC, I wanna make sure you are aware that there are chats (mobile only for now) for both general and P-Wing patrons, and that you will find WIPs of stuff on the P-Wing chat before I make a post about it (hopefully Patreon brings that feature to PC soon, it's a really good feature)

Anyways, I cannot thank you enough for all the support you guys have been giving me. Yesterday we hit 100 concurrent patrons! I genuinely couldn't be happier about it. As of November 2023, I've made enough money for me to consider this my job! You guys have made it possible for me to stop thinking of this as a "side thing i do as I finish college" to "this will be my main source of income". That to me is amazing.

And, that isn't the only milestone we've hit, last year I made it my goal to go from 10k-ish followers on Twitter (still not calling it X, fuck that) from January 2023, to 20k on December, and we've exceeded that! I genuinely feel so happy and grateful for all the help and support I've received

Now, I'm not gonna pretend as if last year was without problems (fun fact, I woke up a number of 5 different times thinking that Twitter was no longer going to exist, thanks Elon), but putting aside that, I'm genuinely happy with what I've accomplished, that being said, I want to stop obsessing so much about Twitter numbers, and focus on building a community here, which I think It's the wisest choice

I thank you all for all the support and for being patient with me when I was busy with other stuff. This year will be the last year for me of college, and I genuinely can't wait for me to finish it so I can focus my time and effort here!

Tl,dr: The recent support has made it possible for Patreon to be my job, I'm gonna dedicate more time and energy to it once I finish college, and I will try to focus on making content for here instead of stuff that will get me Twitter likes
