 Henlo my goober frens!

I have some of these materials on my highlights thingy on my instagram but I would like to share this again with you all.

Paints! All acrylic!

I bought all of these from Walmart, the apple barrel brand is just for 50 cents and folk art brand is around $1-2. The Special paints I have by folk art, the metallic, holographic and color shift paints are also aorund $2 each.

Brushes! I have a bunch of brushes but these are some of my favorites.

Round Brush # 8 and # 10 are what I usually use for portraits.

Flat Brush # 10 is what I use for my color block backgrounds.

Liner # 1 and Spotter 10/0 are for small details, usually I use the tip of my #8 brush for the fine details but sometimes it's not thin enough for parts like eyelashes, on those case I use these liner and spotter.

SILICOIL is what I use for cleaning my brush while I'm painting.

I fill it with water and run the bristles through the coil. I've had this for years and I certainly recommend it!!

Glass Palette

I used plastic palettes before this and I hate it because I can't scrape the dried paint easily but with these glass palettes, it easily comes off. You can use the glass from old frames but make sure to cover up the sharp edges.

PAPERS

Canson XL Watercolor Pad - I tend to water down my acrylic paint sometimes so i had to use a paper that's more absorbent than the usual ones!

Canson XL Oil and Acrylic - Textured paper! Barely use this one tho.

Paint scraper

Bought this from walmart from the house paint section sksksk you can also use blades to scrape off paint if you have too much paint to clean off your palette. I suggest to clean it right away after you use it!

Pink Soap - to clean my brushes!

Liquitex Gloss Varnish and Mod Podge - what I use to varnish my paintings!

The Masters Brush Cleaner and Preserver - RECOMMENDED! I prefer this than using the pink soap because it helps preserve the shape of the brush, old brushes tend to lose their shape and the tip gets frizzy so it's helpful to use something like this!

My lil cute storage fridge! Super cute! This is where I store my sketchbooks and stuff!

Sketchbook/Journal - bought it all from The Mincing Mocking Bird! Dotted 5x7. 120 pages. 120 gsm.

And while I'm on it, here's a pic of all the paintings I have so far. sksksk

All of my stuff are basically beginner friendly + inexpensive! I recommend to buy inexpensive stuff first before investing on branded materials!
