What about the following idea with lotsa growing and drama: 

 Annie is sad, because her long-time boyfriend David left her for a beautiful, tall blonde – Natasha. Even worse, while out in town with Janice (Annie’s older cousin and best friend since childhood) she meets the two. Natasha is mean to Annie and tease her for her petite size and that David is now her boyfriend. To overcome her sadness, Janice takes her for a walk in the park the next day. This is not helping as much, Janice hoped, because Janice is everything Annie always dreams of: she’s beautiful, successful and married to a loving and rich husband. But when Annie finds a mysterious metal object in the park, everything changes for her… literally.  The Seal of the Thieves How does it work: If the person who holds the Seal in his hand thinks about an attribute of one nearby other person (size, breasts, ass, legs, fitness), the seal steals a bit of that attribute and stores it --> e.g. the other person shrinks, her breasts, ass or legs get smaller, or they lose muscles/fitness. The owner of the seal may now take what is stored in the Seal for himself or give it to someone else --> the target person grows, her breasts, ass or legs get bigger/longer, or they gain muscles/fitness.
