UI Upgrade (Patreon)

I've Been experimenting a lot lately with the UI and I think I'm getting somewhere.

The only problem I'm still stuck at is the combination of Vamstory and PostMagic. They just wont cooperate. :P but. I've set up a UI on/off funtion to those who want to use PostMagic. Next revamp will be out soon!
