Changed the Tiers (Patreon)

I'm not really doing anything worth $15 a month. So the tiers are now just $5 for everything and $25 if you want a sketch or if you just want to spend more. You're not obligated to give me anything, you can see the jpeg versions of all this stuff on twitter. Sorry for overcharging up until this point.
