I honestly really appreciate all of the hard work and time you put in to making this audio for today Sarah, tack så mycket ❤️ I am going to be perfectly honest, I really wasn’t looking forward to Valentine’s Day at all, especially because of still having some uncomfortable and overwhelming feelings that I felt last year on Valentine’s Day and unfortunately can’t stop thinking about them either. Plus I unfortunately had another panic attack on both this past Friday and Saturday and almost had more panic attacks everyday since then. I really do appreciate your message that just because today is Valentine’s Day, doesn’t mean that you have to do anything and that you can choose to celebrate whenever you want to, that is honestly an absolutely wonderful, beautiful, and incredibly important message, again, tack så mycket 🥹🫂❤️ Like several others have already said, I hope that you’re taking care of and treating yourself to a very relaxing day today!
