I absolutely love this one! I wholeheartedly agree that while it’s very simple, it’s also really important to remember to just breathe, especially when it can be so easy sometimes to forget how to do this when you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety or depression or a mixture of all of those things combined ❤️🫂 Thank you so very much for sharing this reminder Sarah and I really hope you’re also taking the time to do some breathing yourself because you deserve it so so very much too ❤️❤️🫂🫂
