Friday! I hope you are all doing amazing <3

Those of you that have been here on Patreon for a while might know that I've talked in the past about creating a series were I'd be telling stories from brave people who would be willing to open up about their struggles with mental health. The intension is to essentially spread awareness and most of all, to let anyone who struggles themselves know that you are never alone.

Well, I think it is time to start the series :)

For now, I'm thinking it will be about one episode/month here on Patreon and the rest of the content here would be the regular roleplay audios.

Here's the format:

Anyone who wants (please remember that it is YOUR story to share or not to share, there is no pressure) is welcome to write down their story in the linked document below. Only I will be able to see who wrote what and I'm the only one who can read the submissions.

A few questions to help you tell your story:

what is your earliest memory of struggeling with your mental health?

How does it effect your day-to-day life?

Have you felt comfortable enough to ask for help and if so, can you share your experience with that? i.e Medications, therapy or other treatment.

What advice would you give someone else who struggles?

Feel free to change names, names of places etc to ensure you're completely anonymous. Mental health struggles can cover a really big variety of topics, all welcome.

I will then later record a reading of your story.

Any questions or input? Feel free to let me know here or send me a message! :D

I would love to share my own but I've got honestly no idea how to structure or write it without virtually explaining every single thing so it would make a sense without writing a book worth of text. There's simply too much for me to be able to summarize it in something that would make for a good content. Nor do i think it would make sense in the end anyway :)

Amazing idea that can help ones who write to express themselfs (good for introverts like me) and also help others to know that someone have simular strugless and they are not alone in this, plus you have your own podcast. Damn thats win-win-win scenario. I definitly saving the link. I think I already thrown enough things from past, but mayby one day when I have more time I could wrap it up in one more structered komplex thing. I think it is also good to name and recognize problems that person have, because we temp to throw it at side and try to ignore it. Definitly going to be waiting to stories of others and hope it is going to help them and others. 😊❤️ Hope you doing ok, you putting a lot of weight, work and effort on your shoulders.

There isn't really a right or wrong, to short or long. It is all up to you and how you would want to tell it. One way is to try and stick to the questions in the description. But again, all up to you if you want to share anything and in that case how :)

I appreciate that :) I think it is such a big step to share your story if it is something you haven't done before so I hope it can encurrage someone to hear form others and have the opportunity to be anonymous if they in the future want to share their own. I'm doing good but I appreciate the check-in ❤️
