The Tagging NSFW Situation- Help! (Patreon)

Soo, I need your input again.  I have two suggested solutions for 'solving' the NSFW tagging. Doing more versions and naming them based on what I might think will be suited for which listener is what I think will make the most sense (let me know if you disagree!!)  
Note that in some cases (not all), there might not be an actual difference in the audio itself.
It might be the same as another version and I've just made sure that it is suitable even for another audience and therefore tagged it differenly the second time.

Option one: Every version will be in a different post.
+ Easy to search for audios
-  I'll be spamming your mailbox every time I post a NSFW audio   

Option two: I'll leave all versions in one post and simly make the audios in attachments (see example in attachments. Bilagor in Swedish means attacments)
+ Less spams
- Harder to search for audios based on listeners gender identity (i.e you can't search for F4F)
