Worse and cheaper is the common method of just throwing them in giant bags, where they eventually succumb to suffocation and crushing under the weight of their brothers. A real crossover issue for animal rights and men’s rights enthusiasts, too bad Sean wasn’t on this one. Male layer chicks are so valueless that some suppliers to hobbyists and stores just use them as packing material when shipping the female layer chicks.
