You gripped the edge of your seat. "I think we should be driving away."

Atlas lightly tapped your shoulder. "Do you want to get out of the car?" His voice was soft and full of worry.

"No," Lucille said. "You're coming with us. There's no way I'm going to pull over." Lucille glanced at Atlas. "Why don't you start explaining to our guest here everything you know?"

Atlas chuckled, and then he stopped when he realized Lucille wasn't kidding. "And what? Risk biting my tongue from the way you're driving?"

Lucille glared at him.

"Fine." Atlas looked at you; his blue eyes were so light they almost seemed nonexistent, making it a bit creepy. "I went to the forest too, okay? It was a stupid contest with my friends. We all went inside, and," he sighed and slowly shook his head, "we were figuring out who would be creeped out first."

"Then?" Lucille muttered.

Atlas drew a sharp breath and said, "This is like a deja-vu of that police interrogation."
