Hey all, we hope everyone is having a great start to 2023!

Firstly, all the MMF redemption invites, discount codes and links have been updated for this month.

In this chonky post I want to show some Work In Progress stuff and give and put some stakes in the ground with regards to what I want to do this year on Epics 'N' Stuffs. So bare with me as this is a longer post :D

Models

So there are loads of projects swirling in my head.

Current Work in Progress models include:
large Dragon Statue (Haldraxion)
Mimicstone
Chilli Soup
Waddling Snowmad 2A
Waddling Shaman (Thor like design)
Duck Spirit Security
Momo, Breath of Fire III Miniature/Statue
Ryu, Street Fighter Statue

These models are in various states of completion and won't all necessarily drop this month or next, as I'm wanting to 'neaten' the way some releases look and are delivered... (we'll see how that goes xD)
Short term I'll be working on Waddlings, a few more Duck Spirits, 'Soups', the Dragon and another Breath of Fire Character.
Longer term, I want to do more Breath of Fire Characters, generally more fan art from games I like, stuff like the 'Let me Solo Her' model we did recently or characters from long forgotten games. The aim being that they're all tabletop useable whilst also trying to intersperse with some DnD stuff.

Campaigns

We've got a couple of campaigns planned this year. We're wanting to do smaller campaigns that don't span as many mini's. As opposed to doing sets of 50+, instead we want to try doing 'Seasons'. These Seasons will be better quality and more focused sets avoiding too many variants and half baked ideas. If a specific Season proves popular, then like a TV series, we can do another :D

As for specifics, well we've announced the 'Epics 'N' Soups - Season 1' campaign which will drop in the coming months, give it a follow here - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/epicsnstuffs/epics-n-soups-season-1

After that we'll be aiming to do one for Waddlings - Season 1. We're also toying with the idea of single model campaigns for larger creations etc...
Essentially the idea is to leverage Kickstarters built in advertising and creating more, smaller focused campaigns with higher quality and more directed content.

Commissions

I get regular requests for commissions and with commitments to my day job and Patreon/MMF, it's a bit hard to negotiate them along with added work/pressure from commissions. So I've been thinking how I can pair the 2.
In the near future I'll be opening a 'Director Tier' for the purpose of facilitating commission work.
The criteria will be specific so that it helps serve the Patreon/MMF (i.e no 18+, rights retention, merchant sellable, not for KS campaign use etc...).
In summary I'll have a limited slot for commisions that will have a 'terms/conditions' outline to help answer any questions in advance. I'd love any feedback on this idea. Pricing is tbd, but it will probably be a similar cost to my typical day rate.

Tiers and Goals

We've been toying with ideas for other Patreon/MMF tiers to help get people into the Epics 'N' Stuffs community. We want to give something to people in the Shady Tipster Pledge, something along the lines of the top voted archive model gets given to Shady Tipsters.
We're outlining a new Welcome note specific to each tier with relevant links, like the merchant image link to merchants etc... so more info is given at the point of subbing (via Patreon atleast).
We'd also like input on anything people might want to see in terms of tiers or Goals on either platform.

Socials

We've been more social on Instagram as of late (give us a follow here - https://www.instagram.com/epics_n_stuffs/ ) and we're wanting to utilise Twitter and Facebook more as well as starting to engage a bit on Reddit, not for advertisements sake but showing the prints we like to make :) Any follows via out socials here - https://linktr.ee/EpicsNStuffs is greatly appreciated.

Thanks if you got to the end of this post. If you have any input, please comment below or message us directly :)

Thanks again for all the support, it means alot <3
