Excited to get going on more Sublo (Patreon)

The past few days I've been feeling pretty excited about making more Sublo and Tangy Mustard. For a while I wanted there to be more episodes but I wasn't feeling motivated to actually "do the work," but obviously that's the only way it gets done! I've had more story ideas for a while but haven't been very motivated to get started, partly because Tuca work has been so creatively exhausting and partly because I've been thinking about new projects instead. Lately though, I'm eager to get messy and start the process again for another Sublo batch. I have next week off from work for American Thanksgiving, and usually I spend that time in Toronto visiting friends and family but this time I'm stuck in LA, so I'm hoping to make some solid progress!

I'm thinking of maybe resurrecting a short Christmas piece we recorded as part of the second batch, that I never got around to animating. Maybe I'll cut it down to just a mini-episode... or maybe it'll never see the light of day, we'll see!

I'd also like to do more short spontaneous projects as a way of getting new ideas out quicker, without giving up Sublo and Tangy Mustard. This might be a little overly ambitious while I'm working full-time, but you kind of have to be overly ambitious to get anything done!
