"The Bad End" planning and developments (Patreon)

I know. Reading text is boring. We're getting there...

I've been hugely occupied for a while with life things, and it's made it tough to start this next big project. I feel like this CYOA story could take a year, but only because of slowness. I promise it won't be without a lot of "other" arts in between.

I'm going to make a "Madlibs" form available to all patrons soon, to keep story elements open and interesting. Expect it to be pretty randomly sporadic, but it should be a fun little adlib toy.

I was going to poll on one last thing before starting, but I rethought it and I'm ready to just dive in to art. The form will probably be like 3-5 parts "build-up" where the main character ventures through the zoo, and then 3-4 parts of "point-of-no return / try to escape / transforming". Whatever species or creature the character encounters at that point will just trigger an inversive change and it'll mostly be up to polls to decide what that creature is.

The story takes place at an "anthro" or "werecreature" zoo. It's partly a personal preference, but a larger part is just not wanting to get into fights with Patreon while I tow this fine, blurry line. Humanoid monster animal zoo.

If we get there, the anthro lizard monster in the image will be based on the Mwanza Flat-Headed Rock Agama species. I did a quick google for purple lizard and... how can you say no to something called the "Spider-Man Agama" ?
