Whoa, what a month it's been. First of all, thank you and welcome to all the new patrons who have joined in just the last month. Secondly, wow, the game prototype has been receiving a lot of love and attention this last month.

This chart is the numbers of people playing the game on itch.io each day. Super inspiring!

I said in a post last month that August was meant as a temporary break and attempt to catch up. And though I didn't get as much of a break as I hoped, I did catch up some on commissions. I'm almost finished with one half of one sequence for a commissioner, and plan to use the next month to finish up another commissioned sequence.

What's going on in September?

For me? A lot! As I said, August was a good break, though not as refreshing or productive as I'd have liked. I need to keep the energy going to finish the next comic commission. I expect it's going to take this whole month to complete the next few panels, given my timeliness with line art admittedly isn't the most amazing. You can see updates mostly in streams if you're interested in seeing the comics progress.

I also have a new image poll coming soon for you wonderful patrons to vote on, so stay tuned! The next few months are going to be great for image themes! Thank you to all my Influencers for getting themes to me and for being readily available for questions!

Finally, game development for the Cursed Game will kick off, though development will be slow while I juggle it against commissions. August did not see a lot of the refactor work that I wanted to get into it, but I did manage to start planning the next steps. I promise to get at least a weekend in there to cleanup some code and feature work, but development depends on time management. Stay tuned on the Discord for more specific updates.

In short, a lotta stuff!
