Ok finally got out of bed and am moving a little so thought i would attempt an upload for you...all fights are behind in progress now as i am starting physio next week so hopefully should get a little more mobile then. 

The drugs i am taking for pain have got me feeling right out of it so can't really concentrate on much at the moment but will get around to answering all emails as soon as i can! ;)
