ALL ACCESS - 23-24 NBA Rotation and Minutes Projections (Patreon)
Content
I've done a full refresh of my rotation and minutes projections based on the latest news and preseason games.
A few notes:
* I have pulled Miles Bridges out of the Hornets' rotation. I don't think he plays for them this season - or any other NBA team. It's possible that he could return next year and try to revive his career, but - similar to KPJ - teams could very likely decide that he's not worth the trouble.
* The Utah guard rotation is a mess. I think Keyonte George will emerge as the starting point guard by the second half of the season, but right now I have THT and Sexton as the starting backcourt to begin the year.
* I have Harden in the Sixers' lineup for now.
* Unclear if Ausar Thompson starts in DET but I have it penciled in for now - with Ivey off the bench. Don't panic on Ivey - he's not moving down in my rankings because of this and I think he's a long-term starter in Detroit.
* The Mavs center position is up for grabs and I have Dereck Lively II penciled in as the starter for now. Love him long-term and if he gets moved back to the bench, swoop in like we all did on Mark Williams last year.
* I like Sochan coming off the bench in San Antonio because he's so versatile. Totally possible that Sochan starts and Keldon comes off the bench, but I don't think it effects Sochan short-term or long-term either way. He's going to be amazing next to Wemby.
