Mah Lancerified star wars ttrpg badass Kaida Aldamar, in addition to being the deadliest sniper in the galaxy nowshe pilots a mech in Lancer and i love her so much shes probably my second favorite pc ive played

she was pretty much born a slave, its unclear if someone stole her from her household, or if her parents sold her, but that doesnt really matter, she was never sold back bcus she was too unruly from the start, aka why she has so many scars, via lots of whips, cuts and the like due to constant tries to escape, ppl tried to train her as like a "maid" an all around slave for rich ppl to use however they please, mostly yknow, housekeeping, but she got so unruly that she started to fight back at times beating whoever tried to keep her in chains, until one day one of her plans to escape worked, maybe she was good at it by then, maybe she got lucky or maybe the one guard was so sick of her that they turned their head and ignored it, she was 15-17 ish at this point

she spent around 3-4 years in the wild (i dunno how wild any area can be in a planet) straing up training and surviving tom hanks castaway style, she got a lot of burns and scars from this aswell since she had to learn the hard way how to ykno, do anything that involved fighting, hunting and self medication, and when she felt ready she tried to find civilization and stole a gun, a knife and a lot of coffe and sugar

now she goes back to their slavers building, with a mofokin mission, she stakes out the place for like a month, infiltrates and learns all kinds of guard patterns, plans out her attack and executes every motherfucker in that building that isnt a slave, for the leader of those guys she p much tortures for like a week or so, she gets geared up with their tools, gets a bigh ol fuck you rifle, and when she is about to leave, bounty hunters arrive looking for the slavers and see this teenager with insane eyes dried up blood on her hands and geared up with clothes and guns that seem too big for her bodyframe, the bounty hunters take her in, in exchange for the bounty of that slaver, they teach her the bounty hunting ropes and how this universe works outside of a mansion of slaves, the hunter group that she joined gave her her name and nickname cus after so much time living off of it she got a real liking to coffee

she started to work for the bounty hunting group as a specialist in assassination, infiltration and recon missions mostly, specialy hunts that involved killing any sort of slavers, and general people who took advantage of other less fortunate people, she eventually got recommended by the hunters to get a lancer license,  the group she was rolling with was dwindling a lot so they disbanded it due to losses, age and other reasons and she ended up a loner again for half a year-ish trying to climb up the ranks of lancer-ing alone until she was like, this is next to impossible without help, so she joined the first lancer group that she could (aka the rest of the PCs in this game)
